A friend is someone who you can call at 3 in the morning to come and bail you out of jail. A best friend is sitting next you saying "That was AWESOME!"
That. Was. Awesome. ;=) True story. A guy you knew in church when you were both kids was sitting with his 10 year old daughter last night as you sang in church. She said that she really liked your singing. The dad said, "I know her. We were children together in church." She turned to him with WIDE eyes and said, "You KNOW her?!?!?" She was totally impressed that her dad knew you. ;=)
Looking back through recent posts of my friends and fam - and I realized that I just GOT the joke here. ;=) Reminds me of Jim and Mike - the ones sitting in the jail together.
