I was a good girl and backed up dozens of pictures of Carson's first 9 months of life onto a CD that is catalogued away. They are also on our old laptop. But I came across most of them on a thumb drive yesterday and had a blast looking through pictures I haven't seen in a long time. Also, it reminded me I need to be a good girl again and back up all the more recent pics!

Yes, as much as I wish I was wiser...it's not me. Although I hope she sticks around- she's making me look good. :) Now I have to know who she is- not a lot of Becky's out there.
On another note...Carson- what a cutie! It's fun to see how much he's grown.

I mentioned the external hard drive because the photo back up situation is one that my husband and I had to tackle. I was burning them to CD and he looked into this option. I couldn't help but share it since it works out so well for us!
I completely agree with Becky because CD's can deteriorate and then you will loose the all forever. The external hard drive is the way to go.
